Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. that means 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

to be eligible, items need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags on, in original packaging. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@wuweigolf.com. we'll send you a return label and instructions. Please don't send anything back without reaching out first, we won't be able to accept it.

Damaged or wrong item

Check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or just not what you ordered, email us right away, and we'll make it right.

The ball marker bracelet

The red string is covered by our string warranty. If it frays or breaks with normal wear, email us, and we'll restring it. Shipping to and from us is on you. Warranty doesn't cover lost bracelets or damage from misuse.

Final sale

Sale items, gift cards, and anything edible from our events and pop-ups can't be returned. If you're unsure about your item, just ask.

Exchanges

Fastest way to get what you want: return what you have, then place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to post it.
